3. How to Return an Item
To return an item:

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in good condition.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order on our website. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
